His speeches can be regarded as a programmatic document guiding the work in Xinjiang in the new era, and are of great significance in guiding Sichuan to handle affairs in minority areas. The relevant departments and units of the province should have a deep understanding of the importance and overall situation of handling affairs in Xinjiang, coordinate central and local forces, fully and accurately understand the CPC's strategies for governing Xinjiang in the new era, support Xinjiang in its stability and development through practical efforts, and promote the implementation of the CPC Central Committee’s decision-making deployments.
