On September 22, the People's Government of Sichuan Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Resources Group in Chengdu. Yin Li, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province met with Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, and witnessed the signing of the agreement.

　　During the meeting, Peng Qinghua, Yin Li and Wang Xiangming exchanged views on implementing the agreement, enhancing the cooperation, and deepening cooperation in such areas as energy investment, health and medicine, urban construction and rural revitalization.

　　At the signing ceremony, Zhang Yan, Secretary General of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, briefed on the agreement. Li Yunze, Vice Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province signed the agreement with Li Fuli, Vice General Manager of China Resources Group. According to the agreement, China Resources Group will seize major opportunities such as the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. By taking Sichuan as an important area for strategic cooperative investment during the 14th Five Year Plan, the Group will continue to increase investment in electrical energy, gas services, household consumption, massive health, financial services, and comprehensive urban investment, development, and operation, so as to better support the industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of Sichuan and achieve win-win cooperation.
