With the deepening of the reform of the commercial registration system, it is more and more convenient to starting up a business, but enterprises often encounter "deregistration difficulty" when withdrawing from the market. On September 2, according to the sources from the Sichuan Provincial Big Data Center, the "Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Deregistration Service Platform" led by the provincial market supervision administration, in conjunction with relevant departments including the provincial human resources and social security department, commerce department, tax bureau, and Chengdu Customs, and relying on the Sichuan integrated government service platform, has been officially launched on the Sichuan government service website (http://www.sczwfw.gov.cn).

　　When the "Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Deregistration Service Platform" is launched, it can provide enterprises with two ways: simple deregistration and ordinary deregistration. The platform will comprehensively reform the system of deregistration for enterprises and simplify procedures and materials submitted, and will disclose information of each department such as the deregistration process, conditions and time limit, material requirements, and office location.  Meanwhile, it will also timely inform enterprises of the process, method and result of deregistration, making all information available for enterprises on the platform and facilitating the withdrawing of enterprises from the market.

　　"Those enterprises applying for deregistration can log on to the homepage of Sichuan government service website (http://www.sczwfw.gov.cn) to enter into the hot spot service section, and click 'Enterprises Deregistration Network Service' to enter into the deregistration section", said the head from the provincial big data center. The platform provides two ways: simple deregistration and ordinary deregistration, including four sections (deregistration service, deregistration progress, deregistration publicity and guidance).

　　Enterprise which apply for simple deregistration shall issue a simple deregistration announcement on National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System and disclose commitments of all investors, and then the Administration for Market Supervision of Sichuan Province will send relevant information to Sichuan Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department and Sichuan Provincial Tax Bureau. The enterprise shall apply for simple deregistration to the registration authority within 30 days after the expiration of the announcement. In Chengdu and South Sichuan Port Area included in China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, efforts will be stepped up to further expand the application scope of simple deregistration, which will include unlisted limited liability companies, specialized farmer cooperatives and all kinds of enterprise branches in this scope, while the announcement time is shortened from 45 days to 20 days. At the same time, the enterprise whose registration of simple deregistration has been terminated may apply for this service again after meeting the requirements.

　　Enterprises that choose ordinary deregistration shall, within 10 days after the establishment of the liquidation group, publicize the information of the liquidation group to the society through the publicity system, and release creditors' announcement within 60 days. The Administration for Market Supervision of Sichuan Province send relevant information to relevant provincial departments. The departments shall provide simultaneous guidance on the deregistration procedure. And information on procedures, progress and results shall be all available on the platform, which makes it more convenient for enterprises to apply for deregistration. When the enterprise' deregistration is completed, the Administration for Market Supervision of Sichuan Province will publicize the enterprise's deregistration information through the publicity system in a timely manner for the public inquiry, and send it to the provincial human resources and social security department, commerce department, tax bureau, and customs department for information sharing.
