On September 6, according to sources from the 5th China (Sichuan) International Tourism Investment Conference and the 6th Sichuan International Travel Expo, a total of 64 major cultural and tourism investment projects were signed on that day, with a total contract amount of RMB 122.4 billion.

　　The 64 projects include not only traditional cultural tourism projects such as China Wine City·Yangtze River Ecotourism Belt, the headquarters of Poly Culture Group Corporation Limited in Sichuan and Cedar Holdings International Ecotourism Resort, but also new cultural tourism projects with economic characteristics in the fields of e-sports, film and TV animation, tourism and performing arts, such as Tianfu International Animation City, Hualu New Media Film and TV Culture Industrial Park's second headquarters, large-scale landscape live show of Silk Road Fairy Tale.

　　Billions of investment (Unit: RMB) is expected to be poured into the construction of Tianfu International Animation City project. It will become an animation creation industry base integrating tourism and leisure, animation creation and e-sport development which is jointly built by Sichuan Tourism Investment Group, Tencent, and Chenghua District in Chengdu, aiming to build a new landmark of Chinese cultural tourism and a core gathering place for ACGN (Animation, Comic, Game, Novel)-related cultural exchange and animation creation industry. After the completion of the project, the annual tourist flow is expected to exceed 10 million.
