On August 22, the 17th China International Software Cooperation Conference was held in Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province. At a special meeting on industrial software held on the first day of the conference, the Sichuan Industrial Internet Identifier Resolution Application Service Platform developed and operated by Industrial Cloud Manufacturing (Sichuan) Innovation Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Innovation Center") was released.

　　Supported by relevant departments under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Innovation Center conducted pilot trials. Relying on CASICloud, a major industrial internet platform in China, the center combined the characteristics of Sichuan's industries to build and operate the Sichuan Industrial Internet Identifier Resolution Application Service Platform. At present, the 1.0 version of the platform has been officially launched.

　　Among the three functional systems (network, platform and security) of industrial Internet, network is the foundation, platform is the core and security is the guarantee. Identifier is the basis of the network, which can be deemed as the "ID card" of the network, and the infrastructure to promote the integration of the new generation of information technology and the real economy. The establishment of industrial Internet identifier resolution system is of great significance for enterprises to break through the information barrier, optimize the production process, improve the management level, as well as promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the industry and the high-quality economic development.

　　The platform strives to build a "1+4+8" service system, that is, based on one platform, it will develop four application scenarios (intelligent production, personalized customization, network cooperation, and service extension), and integrate clouding service by providing eight core functions (one identifier for one product, anti-counterfeiting traceability of products, innovative marketing, smart after-sales service, intelligent maintenance and operation, management of supply chain, product life-cycle management, and big data service) while focusing on pillar industries such as electronic information, equipment manufacturing, food and beverage, advanced materials, energy and chemical industry. The platform matches the rapid and low-cost identification resolution system for industrial enterprises, simplifies the way to get access to the platform for them, and facilitates cross-enterprise data fusion and synergetic development.

　　Through the identifier resolution system, enterprises can realize real-time monitoring of products and timely respond to customers' maintenance needs submitted by scanning identifiers. Maintenance personnel can log in the platform to get a picture of the fault information and determine the cause of the failure through voice, text, pictures, and video messages, thus avoiding issues for enterprises such as ambiguous information caused by telephone service and low efficiency of after-sales service in the past. Moreover, through the global uniqueness of the identifiers, a national "ID card" of heterogeneous system is given, so that different enterprises can conduct unified data interaction through identifier resolution, and realize design collaboration, manufacturing sharing and supply chain optimization between enterprises. The platform also helps traditional manufacturing enterprises to see more improvement room in innovative value-added services, and help enterprises to move towards high-end value chain.

　　Liu Gang, General Manager of the Innovation Center, said that the industrial Internet identifier resolution system is a key network infrastructure resource, providing unified identify label and resolution services for the objects linked to the industrial Internet, connecting physical space and digital space, supporting the aim to realize extensive interconnection of the whole industrial chain and all fields, and promoting the sharing and collaboration in integrated information resources. It will gather more industry and enterprise applications and enrich identifier resolution application ecology. The platform applies the identifier resolution system to the whole industrial chain to identify each product with one identifier, thus integrating the reality and the digital world to fuel the high-quality development of Sichuan digital economy.
