　　On the same day, the issuing ceremony of the first batch of "Tianfu Talent Pass" A card was held in the Talent Center of Sichuan Province. Academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering Ye Shangfu, Yin Guomao and 39 other experts and talents received the "Tianfu Talent Pass" A card at the ceremony. This marks the official landing of the "Tianfu Talent Pass" A card.

　　Sichuan proposed at the Eleventh CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee Third Plenary Session to implement the "Tianfu Talent Pass" system and improve the talent service and guarantee system. In the exploration and implementation of the "Tianfu Talent Pass" system, Sichuan has divided the "Tianfu Talent Pass" into A card, B card and C card based on the actual situation of Sichuan's talent work. The A card is jointly issued by the Sichuan Provincial Talent Work Office and the talent offices of the 21 municipals (autonomous prefectures) in Sichuan Province with "one style in one municipal (autonomous prefecture)". The front side is a unified style and a unified number throughout the province, and the back side is designed by the 21 municipals (autonomous prefectures) themselves. With the "Tianfu Talent Pass" A card, experts can enjoy the unified policies and the local services and policies provided by the municipal (autonomous prefecture) where they are working. The B card and the C card are issued by each municipal (autonomous prefecture), county (city, district) in combination with the actual situations.

　　"Tianfu Talent Pass" A cards are mainly distributed to academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chinese Academy of Sciences in Sichuan, high-level talents who are in contact with the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, experts of the national Ten-thousand Talents Program and the Tianfu Ten-thousand Talents Program, and winners of "Sichuan Outstanding Talent Award" and "Tianfu Friendship Award". In addition, other high-level talents recommended by relevant industry departments and regions can be included in the A card distribution scope upon approval. Cardholders can enjoy 16 services in seven areas, including government affairs, finance, scientific research, housing, medical care, transportation, and visits. Key events such as preferential loans, housing support and special medical care, as well as warm-hearted details such as convenience passages, airport priority security checks, free public transportation and ticket-free tours are also included.

　　At present, Sichuan has produced the first batch of 1,572 "Tianfu Talent Pass" A cards. After the issuing ceremony, the Sichuan Provincial Talent Work Office will, in conjunction with the municipals (prefectures) and relevant units, send the remaining A cards to the experts in a timely manner, and strengthen follow-up services to create favorable conditions for the experts to work and live comfortably in Sichuan.
