On February 23, 2018 Sichuan Commerce Forum was held in Chengdu. Mr. Yin Li,Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, encouraged 20 delegates of Sichuan Commerce to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions on the work of Sichuan Province, further emancipating the mindset and keeping making progress by grasping historical opportunities. That means they will make great achievements in serving the overall situation and the high-quality development of Sichuan. Therefore, it is required that all levels of government departments in our province should support their development as always.
Liu Yonghao, President of Association of Sichuan Entrepreneurs, Chairman of New Hope Group，Wang Fengchao, Chairman of Sichuan Development (Holding) Co., Ltd., Fan Jianchuan, Chairman of Chengdu Jianchuan Industry Group, Wang Gang, Chairman of MeizhouDongpo Group, Yang Keng, Chaiman of Board of BRC Investment Holdings, Liu Gexin, Chairman of Sichuan Kelun Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Hua, Chairman of Board of Sichuan Fuhua Agricultural Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Kou Han, Chairman of Chengdu DKM Network Technology Co., Ltd. delivered speeches in the meeting, proposing that Association of Sichuan Entrepreneurs and Commerce Chambers of other places in Sichuan need to be supported for their better roles as platforms, powerful measures should be adopted for the promotion of new economy, skilled workers need to be cultivated to meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of companies and the spirit of outstanding entrepreneurship should also be vigorously promoted.
Mr. Yin Li pointed out that an important political task in our province now is to study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his visit in Sichuan. All localities and all levels of our province should further enhance their thinking and actions by consciously combining their own fields and positions, so as to ensure decisions and plans of the 19th National Congress of CPC and the spirit of the important instructions from General Secretary Xi Jinping are fulfilled. Sichuan’sentrepreneurs are an important force for economic and social development of the whole province. Therefore, they should continue to emancipate their minds, deepen their understanding and enhance their self-confidence guided by the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping. We should give full play to the advantages of private-owned enterprises, taking the initiative to serve the overall situation, working hard in "three major hard battles", building "four key projects", implementing rural rejuvenation strategies, promoting industrial development and strengthening infrastructure construction. Seizing opportunities of investment and development, we will have newer and greater achievements in serving for the big picture. The provincial government and various government departments should conscientiously study and adopt suggestions from people, further improve the mechanism which is to support Sichuan’sentrepreneurs back to their hometown for development, fully implement supportive policies of lowering production factors and logistics costs, and continuously improve their performance capabilities, service standards and work efficiency so as to create a good environment for development together with ourentrepreneurs.
Mr. Yin Li said that in the new era, we hope that Sichuan entrepreneurs will carry forward their spirit and popularize the brand of Sichuan, pool theirown power to spreadSichuan’sstoriesand voice, so as to maintain a good image ofour provinceand make it more colorful.
