It has been learned from Sichuan Provincial People’s Government that 2017 Sichuan Provincial People’s Government Legislative Plan has been released and a total of 64 legislative projects (including 2 abolition projects). China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Regulation, which has been widely attractive, has also been enlisted into the legislative plan.

　　In the legislative plan of 2017, there are 12 proposed local rules and regulations including Sichuan Flight Safety Management Regulation for Civil Unmanned Aircraft, Sichuan Safe Productin Regulation (Revised), Sichuan Environment Protection Regulation (Revised), Sichuan Promoting Technical Achievement Transfer and Transformation Regulation (Revised), Sichuan Flight Route Management Regulation and so on. The draft of Sichuan Flight Safety Management Regulation for Civil Unmanned Aircraft has been recently released to gather public opinions, and specified the producing, selling, usage, safety management in the administrative areas of Sichuan to clarify the daily management, flight management, emergency management, legal responsibilities for unmanned aircraft.

　　There are 6 regulations for Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, including Sichuan Management Measures for Entertainment Places (Revised), Sichuan Management Measures for Public Place Sanitation (Revised), Sichuan Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution (Revocation) and so on. Meanwhile, China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Regulation, Sichuan Enterprise Burden Supervision and Management Regulation (Revised), Sichuan Tourism Regulation (Revised), Sichuan Major Construction Project Supervision Regulation, Sichuan Enterprise Supervision and Management for State-Owned Assets and so on have also been included into the legislative plan.
