On May 8, Sichuan has officially signed an agreement with Khorat Province in Chengdu, establishing twin-province relationship between the two sides. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Sichuan Province, and Wichian, Governor of Khorat Province, signed the agreement as the representatives.

　　According to the agreement, the two parties will enhance exchanges and cooperation of various forms in industry, agriculture, trade, technology, culture, education, sports, health, talents, and social welfare, so as to promote common prosperity.
