The Groundbreaking Ceremony of Geely’s BMA Vehicle Project was held on the morning of April 20 in Longquanyi District, Chengdu.

　　Wang Dongming, Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial CPC Committee and Governor of Sichuan Province, Fan Ruiping, Member of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Chengdu Municipal Party Committee, and Li Shufu, Chairman of Geely attended the ceremony and broke the ground for the project.

　　Before the ceremony started, relevant party had briefed the introduction of Chegndu investments, the construction of key projects, and the development of Geely projects in Sichuan to Wang Dongming and Yin Li.

　　During the ceremony, Fan Ruiping introduced Chengdu’s promotion of Geely projects, indicating that Chengdu would further the coordination of various fields to provide targeted services for the construction of the project. Li Shufu stated that, Geely places high emphasis on its cooperation with Sichuan and would effectively push forward the project on the basis of high qualities.

　　Lie Jiu and Zhu He xin, Vice Governors of Sichuan Province, relevant officials from Departments of Provincial Government and Chengdu Municipal Government, and heads from Geely also showed up. It was Luo Qiang, Vice Secretary of Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chengdu, who hosted the ceremony.
