On the afternoon of February 26th, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government has signed strategic cooperation agreement in Chengdu with Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Group. Mr. Wang Dongming, Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, and Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and Mr. Jack Ma, Executive Chairman of Alibaba Group, Mrs. Peng Lei, President of Ant Financial Group, were present at the contract signing ceremony.

　　Before the ceremony, Mr. Wang Dongming, Mr. Yin Li met Mr. Jack Ma and Mrs. Peng Lei. They exchanged opinions concerning promoting Internet economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading, improving financial services for small enterprises and consumers, intensifying poverty alleviation support for rural e-commerce, and supporting and driving more enterprises to invest and develop in Sichuan.

　　On the contract signing ceremony, Mr. Wang Ning, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committeeand Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Mr. Jin Jianhang, President of Alibaba Group, and Mrs. Peng Lei, signed the contract on behalf of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Group. Mr. Tang Limin, Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, introduced the contract briefly. According to the contract, three sides will take good advantages of Sichuan in industries, resources, environments, policies, locations and so on, and the three-dimensional development advantages of Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Group in Internet economic fields. They will conduct all-round in-depth cooperation in fields including cloud computing, big data, logistics backbone network, tourism promotion, credit construction and so on.

　　Mr. Wu Jingping, Member and General Secretary of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Mr. Zhu Hexin, Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Mr. Tang Liangzhi, Secretary of the Standing Committee of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee, Mr. Wang Jian, Technical Committee of Alibaba Group, also attended the meeting and contract signing ceremony.
