On February 20th, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, presided over 143rd Executive Conference of Sichuan Provincial People's Government to study and deploy work concerning electronic vehicle charging infrastructure construction, the sharing and management of government information resources, and the rejuvenation and development of traditional industrial bases and so on.

　　The conference has principally approved The Implementation Opinions Concerning Accelerating Eclectic Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction which specifies that by 2020, Sichuan will build charging infrastructure system with moderately advancement and reasonable layout. There will be over 600 newly constructed concentrating charging power plants and over 270,000 distributed charging power plants. By then, a united opening and orderly competitive charging service market will be established to promote the healthy and rapid development of Sichuan electronic automobile industry. The conference has also required to promote the establishment of diversified charging infrastructure operation modes including entrusted construction, self-construction, and supporting construction and so on for different charging infrastructure in different places and types.

　　The conference has principally approved Implementation Regulations For Sichuan Government Information Resource Sharing and Management (Provisional) which specified Sichuan government information resource sharing and management systems and relevant regulations concerning the construction and utilization of government information resource sharing platforms. The conference has required to vigorously promote the construction of e-government clouds, strengthen the integration of different departments, improve the management of information security, systematically promote the linkage of government information systems and public data sharing, promote continuously government efficiency and improve service levels.

　　The conference has principally approved Implementation Opinions Concerning Promoting The Rejuvenation and Development of Traditional Industrial Bases. The Opinions require traditional industrial bases should accelerate to promote institutional reform and industrial promotion, deepen opening and cooperation, guarantee people’s livelihood, and improve urban development conditions and so on, promote development vitality, endogenous motivation, and comprehensive competition, and strive to pave a new development path with higher quality, better benefit, more optimized structure, and fully releasing advantages.

　　The conference has also studied other affairs.

　　Before the conference, Mr. Huo Weidong, Dean of School of Economic Information Engineering, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, gave a lecture about domestic free trade cases and relevant experience.
