On November 11th, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, in Chengdu met Mr. Thanasak Patimaprakorn, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand.

　　On behalf of  Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Sichuan Provincial People's Government, Governor Yin Li welcomed the visit of Deputy Prime Minister Patimaprakorn. He mentioned that Thailand and China are good neighbors with long friendship. The exchanges and cooperation, especially mutual tourism between Thailand and Sichuan, have been increasingly deepened. He hoped that Thailand and Sichuan could jointly seize the major opportunities brought about by “One Belt and One Road” construction, enhance the cooperation in fields including industries, tourism, education, culture and so on, and jointly promote the friendly relationship between Thailand and China onto a newer step.

　　Deputy Prime Minister Patimaprakorn said that Thailand government has valued the friendship between China and Thailand, actively supported the mutual cooperation between local governments and enterprises. He suggested to build an in-depth integrating development mechanism for multiple fields including tourism, provide better services for tourists and investors in Sichuan and Thailand, consolidate mutual friendship between people, and enhance joint development.

　　Mr. Zhu Hexin, Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, and Mr. Tang Limin, Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and so on, also attended the meeting.
