Recently, the General Office of the State Council has released Rectification Working Implementation Scheme for the Internet Financial Risks (hereafter referred to as The Working Implementation Scheme), which fully arranged and deployed the rectification work on Internet financial risks. On October 13th, the official website of Sichuan Provincial People's Government has relayed the Working Implementation Scheme as well as the authorized interpretation. Reporters learned that based on national unified arrangement, Sichuan has officially launched the rectification on Internet financial risks lasting for 1 year with the involvement of about 6,000 people to crash down illegal actions and protect right actions.

　　The recent years has witnessed the rapid development on the Internet fiance. While when the Internet fiance has played an active role, it has also gathered risks disrupting market order. The Working Implementation Scheme has specified the working target, principles, focuses, responsibilities, arrangements and so on for rectification on Internet financial risks. It has also required to rectify respectively in fields including P2P online leading, equity crowd funding, Internet insurance, the third-party payment, online asset management, online financial business, advertisements and so on. Meanwhile, it requires to summarize experiences and build long-term supervision mechanism for Internet financial regulation.

　　The rectification on Internet financial risks launched in Sichuan will highlight on risks including P2P online leading, equity crowd funding, Internet insurance, the third-party payment, online asset management, online financial business, advertisements and so on, enhance the sustainable and healthy development of Internet finance, and give full play the role of Internet finance in supporting massive entrepreneurship and innovation.

　　It has been introduced that there have been a total of about 6,000 people participating into the rectification. Over 300 times of training of all types and all level covering people of 5,700 have been launched to improve the operation capacity and working skills of workers. Sichuan has also learned from experiences of other provinces and developed Internet financial risks management system based on big data. To improve working efficiency, relevant departments also selected workers to form 6 working teams to conduct on site supervision and guidance for 12 cities.

　　Next, cities and relevant departments will continue to integrate the supervision forces from finance, commercial administrations, police, communication and so on based on relevant national documents, launch on site check and inspection, guard social order, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Internet financial industries.
