On September 29th, on the news briefing released by the Information Office of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, it was revealed that 2015 China Sichuan E-commerce Development Forum would be held at Mianyang Science and Technology City on October 15th. The summit lasting for 3 days with the theme of “Innovation Changing Pattern and Creation Leading Future” will be co-organized by Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture, Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Tourism, Sichuan Provincial Postal Administration, and led by Sichuan Provincial People's Government. Moreover, the summit will also establish the contents of multiple forums, a conference and an expo.

　　The conference, namely E-commerce Business Forum Conference, is an e-commercial report, fostering, mobilizing and docking conference with high profile, large scale and strong pragmatism. Mr. Liu Qiangdong, president of Jingdong, Mr. Zhang Jindong, president of Suning, Mr. Shen Ya, president of Vip, Mr. Chen Ou, CEO of Jumei, Mr. Li Guoqing, creator of Dangdang, and other e-commercial leaders have assured their attendance and some of them will deliver key-note speeches. The expo, namely e-commercial integration expo, will establish E-commerce Comprehensive Hall, Local Special Hall, and Mianyang Interactive Hall. Currently, over 300 domestic and overseas well-known e-commercial enterprises, over 800 producing, trade and commercial circulation enterprises will dock with each other. The expo enterprises of 3 exhibition halls will integrate and dock with each other through on-line and off-line methods. “Multiple forums” include E-commerce Innovation Round Table Forum, Agricultural E-commerce Special Forum, Cross Broad E-commerce Special Forum, the Internet and Traditional Enterprises Transformation Forum, Urban E-commerce Development Forum and so on. Representatives from Amazon, Software, Uber and other global e-commerce giants, domestic and overseas well-known e-commercial enterprises and e-commercial enterprises in Sichuan will deliver speeches and exchange with each other.

　　E-commerce in Sichuan also develops rapidly. In the 8 months of 2015, the turnover of e-commerce in Sichuan has amounted to 1 trillion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 31%, ranking 6th in China. The online sale has reached 113.923 billion yuan, increasing 37.1%.
