On December 16th, Mr. Zhong Mian, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, managing vice governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, in Chengdu met Mr. Shi Dongwei, vice global president of Starbucks. They exchanged opinions on enlarging investment scale in Sichuan and promoting exchanges between Sichuan and US companies.

      Since Starbucks settled in Sichuan in 2005, there have been 62 chain store in Chengdu, ranking first among all the provincial capitals in China. Starbucks also plans to settle in more second-tier cities in Sichuan.
