Biography

　　Mr. Zhu Hexin, male, Han Nationality, was born at Qidong County, Jiangsu in March, 1968. He started his career in August, 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September, 1999. He graduated from Economic Information Management System Major, Information Department, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as a bachelor of Engineering. Mr. Zhu is a senior economist.

　　Mr. Zhu now serves as Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and Member of the Party Leading Group of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government.

　　Mr. Zhu Hexin is a deputy to the 13th National Congress of Communist Party of China, a member of the 11th CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and deputy to the 12th and 13th Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress.

　　Responsibilities

　　He is responsible for financing, commerce, investment promotion, Taiwanese overseas Chinese affairs, industrial and commercial administration, private economy, service industry and so on. He assists to handle development and reform (including food and energy).

　　He takes charges of Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, Sichuan Bureau of Expo Affairs, Sichuan Provincial Government Taiwan Affairs Office, Sichuan Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Sichuan Provincial Administration of Investment Promotion (Major Project Management Office of Sichuan), Sichuan Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Sichuan Rural Credit Cooperatives, Sichuan Provincial Government Financial Work Office, Sichuan Provincial Government Port Office, and so on. He assists to take charge of Sichuan Development and Reform Commission (Sichuan Bureau of Grain, Sichuan Provincial Energy Administration).

　　He serves as liaison with Chengdu Customs, Sichuan Provincial Reserve Bureau, Sichuan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Sichuan Provincial Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce, The People’s Bank of China (Chengdu), Sichuan Bureau of Exchange Control, China Chamber International Commerce Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, Sichuan Banking Regulatory Commission, Sichuan Securities Regulatory Commission, Sichuan Insurance Regulatory Commission, and so on.
