What Does the Record-Filing Management System in the Pilot Free Trade Zone Encompass?

　　We will adopt the pre-establishment national treatment for foreign investments in the Pilot Free Trade Zone. For foreign-invested enterprises located beyond the scope of negative list, their original examination and approval system will be changed into the record-filing management system in line with the principle of treating domestic and foreign investment equally. In addition, the examination and approval of contractual regulations for foreign-invested enterprises will be transformed into record-filing management system.
