　　“Decision of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on the Implementation of the First Batch of Provincial Management Matters by the Administrative Commission of Districts in China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone” has been examined and approved by the 162^nd executive meeting of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government on December 21st, 2017. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.

Decision of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on the Implementation of the First Batch of Provincial Management Matters by the Administrative Commission of Districts in China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone

　　After discussion, it was decided that the relevant departments directly under the provincial government should delegate or entrust the Chengdu Administrative Commission and the South Sichuan Port Area Administrative Commission of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone to implement 33 provincial-level administrative matters. The delegated project shall take effect from the date of promulgation of this decision and shall be implemented by the district administrative commissions; the entrusted projects shall be implemented after the administrative power of attorney has been signed between the district administrative commissions and the relevant departments directly under the provincial government. When the Chengdu Administrative Commission and the South Sichuan Port Area Administrative Commission in China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone implement provincial-level administrative matters, it is necessary to formulate specific measures to strengthen the supervision during and after the event, and they should report these measures to the provincial editorial office and the Office of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone for the record.

　　In accordance with the reform and development needs of the free trade experimental zone, the provincial editorial office, together with the Office of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and other relevant units may adjust the provincial-level administrative matters implemented by the Chengdu Administrative Commission and the South Sichuan Port Area Administrative Commission in China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
