| The Construction of the Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone Has Secured a Leading Strong Distribution |

| In 2018, the Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone launched more than 600 supporting policies, resulting in “48 golden policies”. 95% of the 159 reform tasks assigned by the central government have been implemented, forming 350 practical cases and innovative experiences. The “hour list system for enterprise start-up” was praised by the State Council. A total of 53,000 new enterprises with a registered capital of 760 billion yuan were added, 628 foreign-invested enterprises were established, and imports and exports have amounted to 94.7 billion yuan. The Pilot Free Trade Zone has introduced nearly one-half of the newly established foreign-funded enterprises with an area of less than 1/4000 of the total, contributing nearly one-tenth of the import and export volume and 1/20 of new market entities. |
