On September 4, Shi Xiaolin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, met in Chengdu with a delegation led by Judy Marks, Chair of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Otis Worldwide Corporation.
