On April 7, the Investment Roadshow for the Special Action on Jointly Building "Star Enterprises in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Application Industries" was held at Tianfu International Fund Town. Li Wenqing, Vice Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The investment roadshow event gathered top experts and enterprises in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics and attracted representatives from over 100 investment and financing institutions, aiming to build a collaborative innovation platform that integrates government, industry, academia, research, application, and capital, select star enterprises through market-oriented mechanisms, and accelerate the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. During the event, the Department of Science and Technology introduced the special action plan for jointly building "Star Enterprises in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Application Industries". Ten artificial intelligence companies and ten robotics firms were showcased, demonstrating their latest achievements in large language models and robotics technology. They also engaged in on-site communication and collaboration with financial institutions.

Artificial intelligence is prominently featured among Sichuan's key "15+N" industrial chains. Committed to fully driving cluster ecosystem building and chain strengthening in the artificial intelligence sector, Sichuan has developed a collaborative advancement mechanism featuring "chain leaders + deputy chain leaders + leading departments + main hosting locations + collaborative development locations". This approach focuses on key areas such as computing power supply, large language model development, and application scenario creation, aiming to form breakthrough points that will lead and support the future development of Sichuan.

Prior to this, Sichuan released the Several Policies for Promoting the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry Chain in Sichuan Province, planning to invest 1.2 billion yuan over three years to create an artificial intelligence development environment that is more focused on scientific and technological research, offers richer application scenarios, provides more inclusive computing power supply, and features a more complete industrial ecosystem, thereby accelerating the growth and expansion of the industry. Meanwhile, to actively harness the driving role of leading enterprises, Sichuan is continuously intensifying its efforts to foster these companies, with a particular focus on key enterprises, enhance specialized services, and thus attract upstream and downstream companies to establish and expand their operations within the province.
