The theme of this conference is "Green New Power • World's New Driver".  So far, more than 700 guests including well-known academicians and experts and more than 320 enterprises such as CATL have confirmed their participation.

This conference has four features. First, Hungary will serve as the guest of honor and host guest of honor special activities. Second, as a combination of conferences, exhibitions, competitions, dialogues and experiences, this conference will focus on hot topics such as energy storage applications and industry-finance cooperation, and include main forum, Successful Entrepreneurs' Night and other activities. Third, this conference will include a green and low-carbon travel exhibition, set up eight main exhibition areas such as "Green Travel World" and "Intelligent Ecology" and two special exhibition areas such as "E-mobility Legend" Time Tunnel, and display groundbreaking and innovative achievements in new energy vehicles and power battery technologies. Fourth, this conference will release the initiative of Yangtze River Electrification  and set up related theme exhibitions.

Last July, the 2022 World EV &ES Battery Conference was held in Yibin. Over the past year, Yibin has expanded its power battery industrial chain into an industrial cluster, with a power battery production capacity of 150 GWh. In 2022, its production and sales of power batteries came to 72 GWh, accounting for 15.5% of the total production and sales of the country.
