On the occasion of the 111th International Nurses Day (May 12), Huang Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, visited the frontline paramedics in some medical institutions in the province. Sichuan medical team that assisted Changchun consisted of 303 members from 18 units in the province. After accomplishing the mission, they have returned to Sichuan and completed quarantine observation. At the small square of Pidu District People's Hospital, Chengdu, Huang said that at the critical moment when the epidemic swept Changchun, the team members marched forward in harm's way. They made great contributions to Changchun's victory against the virus, demonstrating the charm of Sichuan. He hoped that they will continue to carry forward the spirit of charging ahead and devotion, and make new achievements in their respective posts. Afterwards, the team members boarded the buses for return, Huang waved goodbye to them. Sichuan is a hometown of TCM, a treasure-house of TCM resources, and a national TCM comprehensive reform demonstration area.
