Recently, in order to facilitate cross-regional business handling for enterprises and the masses in Sichuan Province, Sichuan Provincial Big Data Center printed and issued the List of the First Batch of Items to Be Handled Across Regions in Sichuan Province.

　　The list contains 229 items, which will be handled in four modes: completely online handling, entrustment and collection at different regions, authorization and handling at different regions, and joint handling by multiple regions. At present, 190 items can be handled completely online. These items mainly involve 19 departments (units), including Sichuan Provincial Department of Public Security, Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Sichuan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Sichuan Provincial Department of Transport, Sichuan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, etc. Items featuring high-frequency handling are covered, such as household registration transfer, medical and social insurances, provident fund withdrawal, establishment registration of enterprises and individual businesses, etc. This can effectively solve the problem of the masses working and living in different places and the enterprises operating across regions, reducing the number of their visits to different places and between two regions.

　　According to a reporter, more than 60 items in the list can be handled across regions in the province immediately, and the rest will achieve cross-regional handling by the end of October this year. At the same time of issuing the list, Sichuan Provincial Big Data Center established a regular updating mechanism. In the future, it will cooperate with relevant departments and units to add more items to the list, enabling the masses to get their matters handled across regions, online and nearby.
