On the afternoon of May 27, Peng Qinghua, Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, and Huang Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, met with the delegation led by Liu Shaoyong, Chairman of China Eastern Airlines, in Chengdu. Both sides exchanged views on supporting the completion and operation of Tianfu International Airport, doing a good job of operating the "two airports in one city", optimizing the layout of the airline network in Sichuan, vigorously developing the airport economy, and contributing to the growth of Chengdu into an international aviation hub.
