On May 20th, the 2019Implementation Plan for Continued Construction of Key Water Transportation Projectwas issued. The plan has made it clear to focus on promoting the seven key projects of hydropower hub of Minjiang River, the Longxikou Navigation and Hydropower Project of Minjiang River, the Hudu River Navigation and Hydropower Project of Minjiang River, the aeronautical power project of MinjiangTangba, the aeronautical power project of the Minjiang River, the Tangjiadu electric navigation project of Suining, andthe Guangyuan Port Zhangjiaba Operation Area Project (Phase I), and made sure to fulfill theannual investment target of 3.41 billion yuan.

　　Among them, Minjiang River Hydropower Hub Project mainly promotes the construction of powerhouses, dams and ship locks, and strives to realize the navigation of the ship locks; the Longxikou Navigation and Hydropower Project of the Minjiang River strives to realize the construction of the main project; Huduxi Navigation and Hydropower Project of the Minjiang River launched basic digging process; the MinjiangTangba Aeronautical Power Project focuses on the construction of main buildings such as workshops, dams, and ship locks; the Minjiang RiverJianzishanAeronautical Power Project embarks on substantial construction; the SuiningTangjiaduElectric Aviation Project focuses promoting workshops, dams, ship locks, etc. and constructing auxiliary facilities such as fish passes and flood control dikes; the construction of the Guangyuan Port Zhangjiaba Operation Area Project (Phase I) focuses on the construction of frontier frameworks and backfilling of lands.
