Zhang Dongyun, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1969, completed an in-service graduate program. As a CPC member, he is currently Vice Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province and a member of the Party Leading Group, and serves as Secretary of the CPC Nanchong Municipal Committee.
