Xu Zhiwen, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1973, holds a graduate degree of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. As a CPC member, he is currently Vice Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, a member of the Party Leading Group, and serves as Secretary of the CPC Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture Committee.
