Biography

　　Li Yunze, male, Han nationality, was born in Yantai, Shandong Province in September 1970. Mr. Li started his career in July 1993, and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 2001. Mr. Li graduated from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a master’s degree of National Economics. He holds a PhD degree of Economics, and has received the title of senior economist.

　　He now serves as Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Vice Governor of People's Government of Sichuan Province and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leading Group of People's Government of Sichuan Province.

　　Responsibilities

　　Li Yunze is responsible for governing affairs associated to finance, business, foreign affairs, economic cooperation, market regulation and supervision, private economy, port logistics, service industry and other related work.

　　He directs Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the People's Government of Sichuan Province (including the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office ), Sichuan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (including Sichuan Provincial Office for Intellectual Property, Sichuan Provincial Food Safety Commission Office), Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation, Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Financial Work (Sichuan Provincial Office of Finance Work), Sichuan Intellectual Property Service Promotion Center, and Sichuan Provincial Association for Rural Credit Cooperatives.

　　He is in liaison with Taiwan Affairs Office of People's Government of Sichuan Province, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of People's Government of Sichuan Province, Chengdu Customs, Sichuan Provincial Administration of Food and Strategic Reserves, Chengdu Branch of the People's Bank of China (Sichuan Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange), Sichuan Office of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, Sichuan Office of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Sichuan Council, Sichuan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Sichuan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, etc.
