In 2019, Sichuan will implement the Several Measures for the Deepening of Reform and Innovation in the Pilot Free Trade Zone issued by the State Council. It will carry out in-depth advancement of leading projects, and promote the introduction of the Free Trade Zone Regulations. It will follow closely the target of "four areas and one highland" and 159 reform tasks, focus on two-way investment management, trade facilitation, modern government governance and other "five core systems" innovation, as well as explore more experience and achievements that can be promoted throughout the country. It will formulate the 2010 special coordination “10+10” list to launch relevant campaign, strive not only for national empowerment and policy breakthroughs, but also for the third batch of decentralization of provincial-level management authorities and innovation of departmental system integration. We will align with the highest standards to work out the Matching Action Guide of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone. We will continue to deepen the exploration of differentiation and accelerate the construction of the pioneering zone for the coordinated reform of the Pilot Free Trade Zone. With the theme of “New Era, New Highland and New Pattern”, the second China Pilot Free Trade Zone Co-opening-up and Co-development Forum was held. We will continue to carry out the activities related to “Charming Free Trade for an Open Sichuan” to interact with the world, strengthen the rules, interconnection and economic cooperation with the international high-level free trade zone, and carry out activities to introduce “free trade into the five areas. We will explore the construction of a free trade port supported by airway, railway and waterway, and underpinned by the vast hinterland of inland. We will establish and improve the supportive operation platform for statistical monitoring and new type of think tanks in the Pilot Free Trade Zone. We will carry out the second evaluation of the construction of the Pilot Free Trade Zone, and plan to develop a 2.0 version reform plan.
