During the inspection, Wang Xiaohui heard reports on the initiatives undertaken by Luzhou and Neijiang to advance a new type of industrialization and affirmed both cities for their positive achievements in digitally and intelligently transforming the manufacturing sector with considering their specific realities. He noted that Luzhou and Neijiang, as traditional industrial cities, must focus on revitalizing their economies through industry and enhancing their strength through manufacturing, adopt new industrialization as the primary driver to establish a modernized industrial system, and make solid efforts to promote "synchronized development of new industrialization, information technology application, urbanization, and agricultural modernization." Wang Xiaohui paused at the company's exhibition hall to tour, listened to introductions about the company's development history, reform and innovation, visited the production dispatching command center to learn about the current state of the company's production, and inspected and guided the work related to workplace safety and environmental protection. In the Luzhou Baijiu Industrial Park, Wang Xiaohui gained a detailed understanding of the overall development of the local baijiu (Chinese traditional distilled liquor) industry and the progress of intelligent and digital transformation. He walked into the production workshop and intelligent packaging center of Luzhou Laojiao Group, observing the operation of the organic brewing production line and the fully automated filling and packaging production line. At County Huayi Ceramics Production Co., Ltd., while watching the display of ceramic products and the production process of ceramics, he learned about the intelligent transformation of the traditional liquor ceramic industry. He hoped the company would adhere to the concept of integrating tradition with modernity, further enhancing brand influence and market competitiveness. In the southern Sichuan countryside in April, spring returns to the land, with plants and trees budding new life; everywhere is a bustling scene of spring farming and field management activities. Wang Xiaohui delved into the agricultural production frontline in Luxian County and Longchang City to inspect spring farming operations and gain insights into the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas. The Haichao Suburban Agricultural Demonstration Zone in Luxian County and the Rongchang-Neijiang Modern Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone in Longchang City have actively implemented models like rice-vegetable rotation and rice-shrimp co-cultivation, significantly enhancing the efficiency and output of agricultural production. Wang Xiaohui came to the fields along the access path and meticulously calculated the output-income accounts with the grain farmers. He said that the models explored and promoted by the zones not only ensure grain production but also enhance efficiency through the development of value-added industries, effectively boosting farmers' enthusiasm for grain cultivation. In Wuli Village, Jieshi Town, Longchang City, Wang Xiaohui meticulously inspected the renovated rural courtyards, inquired about related work such as the improvement of the living environment, the enhancement of residential style, and rural governance, and requested to learn from and effectively apply the experience of the "Green Rural Revival Program" project to steadily promote the construction of a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in, thus allowing the vast majority of farmers to live a modern and civilized life on the spot.
