Up to now, Sichuan and Chongqing had provided inter-regional government services for 206 items. By the end of October, 210 items included in the first two lists which were released by Sichuan and Chongqing governments for inter-regional government services will be fulfilled. Next, Sichuan will further focus on safeguarding and bettering people's livelihood, promoting entrepreneurship and employment and facilitating cross-regional production and operation of enterprises and other issues highly concerned by the enterprises and people in both places, and strive to release the 3rd list of items for inter-regional government services within 2021, according to Sichuan Province Coordination Office on Promoting the Transformation of Government Functions and Reforms to Streamline Administration, Delegating powers, and Improving Regulation and Services on October 11.

　　So far, Sichuan and Chongqing have released the first two lists of inter-regional government services for the most-needed items, covering 23 industries including public security, civil administration, taxation, social security and medical insurance. Since the release of the two lists of items for inter-regional government services, over 3.91 million affairs have been processed, representing about 15,000 affairs per day on average. Of the affairs, most are related to people's livelihood, including 55,000 affairs about job introduction, 73,000 affairs about changing residence registration and nearly 300,000 affairs about service certificates for child-bearing.

　　With the support of the national integrated government affairs services platform, Sichuan and Chongqing will join hands to establish a special service area for "Sichuan-Chongqing inter-regional government services" and realize connection between respective government service websites and between "Tianfu Tongban" and "Yukuaiban" mobile apps to provide convenient inter-regional government services. At present, 82 out of 95 items included in the 1st list as well as 105 out of 115 items included in the 2nd list have been completed in the form of online handling.

　　Sichuan Provincial Big Data Center is communicating with Chongqing to concentrate on government services, healthcare and education, public transport, cultural and sports tourism and other sectors and is working hard to realize mutual recognition of some of the most-needed electronic certificates in both places within the year.

　　Meanwhile, Sichuan is also summarizing the experience in promoting "Sichuan-Chongqing inter-regional government services" and continuously expanding the coverage of "inter-provincial government services".

　　According to Sichuan Province Coordination Office on Promoting the Transformation of Government Functions and Reforms to Streamline Administration, Delegating powers, and Improving Regulation and Services, with the launch and trial operation of special area for "inter-provincial government services" in the five provinces (districts and cities) of southwest China, inter-provincial government services for 148 most-needed items such as household registration certificate, handling of misconducts captured by remote electronic monitoring and basic pension insurance relation transfer will be likely provided in the five provinces (districts and cities) by the end of 2021.

　　Next, Sichuan, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Hainan, Hunan, Yunnan and Guizhou will rely on the national integrated government affairs services platform and respective government service agencies to basically provide "inter-provincial government services" for the most-needed items in medical insurance, social security, household administration, enterprise production and operation and other fields in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region.
