From September 14 to 15, entrusted by Peng Qinghua, Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Yin Li, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, led a delegation of Sichuan party and government officials to Zhejiang Province to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on east-west poverty alleviation collaboration, promote the fulfillment of poverty alleviation collaboration and partner assistance tasks between Sichuan and Zhejiang, learn from Zhejiang's experience in promoting high-quality economic development, and expand and deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two provinces in various fields. 　　On the morning of September 15, the Joint Meeting of Poverty Alleviation Collaboration and Partner Assistance Between Zhejiang and Sichuan was held in Hangzhou.

　　Yin Li, on behalf of the provincial party committee and the provincial government of Sichuan, extended gratitude to the provincial party committee and the provincial government of Zhejiang as well as Zhejiang people for their support and help to Sichuan for a long time. He said, Zhejiang has brought lots of funds, projects as well as new concepts, new ideas, new models and new forms of business to the aided areas, effectively promoting Sichuan's decisive battle against poverty and construction of a comprehensive well-off society; that has also promoted the regional coordinated development of the whole country and the long-term stability of minority areas, fully demonstrating the political and institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Next, Sichuan will thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and fully implement the work arrangement requirements of the central government for east-west poverty alleviation collaboration and partner assistance to resolutely fulfill the tasks specified in the annual poverty alleviation collaboration agreement between the two provinces, continue to consolidate and expand the results of assistance, and actively communicate with Zhejiang. Meanwhile, we will strengthen the coordination of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle with key regional development strategies like the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, accelerate the exploration and establishment of cooperation mechanisms at the levels of province, city and county, further develop co-constructed industrial parks and characteristic industrial bases, and promote in-depth and substantial long-term cooperation between Sichuan and Zhejiang to seek more mutual beneficial and win-win results. We will learn from Zhejiang's valuable experience and advanced practices in promoting epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development as a whole, building a good business environment, and developing the private economy, and strive to transform them into a powerful driving force of high-quality development of Sichuan's economy.

　　Zheng Zhajie pointed out that Zhejiang thoroughly implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on east-west poverty alleviation collaboration and partner assistance, resolutely shoulder the political responsibility of overcoming poverty, and accurately grasp the new situation, new tasks and new requirements of poverty alleviation work. Zhejiang will match the decisions and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the poverty alleviation requirements of Sichuan Province, focus on key and difficult issues of poverty alleviation and coordination, continue to strengthen assistance work, and promote high-standard and high-quality poverty alleviation collaboration and partner assistance between Sichuan and Zhejiang, thus contributing Zhejiang's share to Sichuan's victory in the battle against poverty. 　　During the stay in Zhejiang Province, the delegation of Sichuan provincial party and government officials also visited Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City to learn the "Red Boat Spirit"; visited the Urban Brain Operation Command Center of Xihu District of Hangzhou City to investigate the construction of "Digital Hangzhou" and learn the practices of modernizing urban governance with big data, cloud computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technology; visited H3C and Alibaba Group Xixi Park to investigate the R&D and operation of enterprises and promote in-depth cooperation between enterprises and local areas.
