They spoke highly of the provincial government work in 2019, expressed their affirmation on the goals and arrangements for 2020, and put forward specific suggestions on preventing and defusing risks in key areas, fostering new growth points, promoting the cluster development of key industries, promoting effective growth of private investment, keeping improving air quality, accelerating the development of vocational education, deepening Sichuan-Hong Kong cooperation and Sichuan-Macao cooperation, promoting innovative development of Fin-Tech, building and making good use of opening-up platforms, etc.

　　Yin extended his gratitude to democratic parties, Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, non-party personages and all sectors of society for their efforts and contributions to Sichuan's economic and social development, and called on the report drafting group and relevant departments of provincial government to thoroughly study and incorporate the suggestions of delegates, further revise and improve the government work report, and put them into practice, so as to make new achievements in Sichuan's various undertakings. The year 2020 will be the year to finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, said Yin, it is also the final year for the 13th Five-Year Plan. The People's Government of Sichuan Province will thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, fully put into practice the spirits of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important addresses on Sichuan's development; in accordance with the deployments and requirements of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, the provincial government will adhere to the goal of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, take solid actions to win the three critical battles against potential risk, poverty, and pollution, promote linked all-around opening-up, build modern industrial system and strengthen ecological civilization construction, so as to promote Sichuan's economic and social development to a new level. Yin hoped democratic parties, Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and non-party personages could continue to care about and support the work of the provincial government, and give full play to their own strengths and advantages, so as to contribute their wisdom and strength to Sichuan's high-quality economic and social development. The provincial government will further build platforms, innovate forms, and improve mechanisms, and provide convenience for democratic parties, Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and non-party personages to perform their duties, so as to pool great energy, promoting Sichuan's development to a new level, Yin added.
