At 11:35 on May 14th, 35 members of the first delegation of the Ocean All-Russia Children's Care Centershowed up at the No.5exitHall of Terminal T2 of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. They smiled and waved to the people who came to pick them up at the airport.

　　This is the return trip ofOcean All-Russia Children's Care Center. In September last year, President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the Ocean All-Russia Children's Care Centerand attended the reception of the 10th anniversary ceremony for children in the Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area. President Xi Jinping invited the teachers and students of the center to visit China and continue to add a new chapter in our friendly relations.

　　Dressed in a white T-shirt with the logo of the center, 24-year-old CaiWenqing, rushed to the front of the crowd and handed a bouquet to Elena,a teacher in the delegation. The twohugged each other. CaiWenqing and Elena have been “friends” for 11 years.

　　After the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, 13-year-old CaiWenqing and more than 900 students from other disaster-stricken areas were invited to the Ocean All-Russia Children's Care Center for recuperation. At that time, Elena gave her a handmade photo frame. In September last year, CaiWenqing took the photo frame with the youthexchange group of Sichuan to Russian and then went to the Center. The staff there helped her find Elena with the "cue" of the photo frame. Elena and CaiWenqing exchanged gifts. The white T-shirt worn by CaiWenqing on the 14th was given by Elena. CaiWenqing and Elena have a lot notes to exchange upon their meetings. "Our friendship is worth remembering at the last moment of our lives," saidthe 55-year-old Elena.
