| Sichuan Province Is to Raise 30 Billion Yuan to Support the Construction of Outbound Railways |

The reporter learned from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance that Sichuan has injected a special fund of 4.5 billion yuan to support the two major routes of Chengdu-Zigong-Yibin and Chengdu-Nanchong-Dazhou, and other railway construction in the province this year.
In combination with the fundraising model of theprojectsestablished and under construction, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance has determined the principle of “government promotion with provincial and municipal co-construction, planning and leading with highlighted key points, diversified entities, and market operations”. Provincial funds will allocate 30 billion yuan of special funds for railway construction in 2019-2022 by arranging general public budget and local government bonds. It is mainly used to support the construction of two large-scale railways ofChengdu-Zigong-Yibin and Chengdu-Nanchong-Dazhou while taking into account the construction of other railways in Sichuan Province.
