Sichuan Delegation Proposed 13 Proposals after Group Deliberation

　　At the plenary meeting of the Sichuan Delegation at the Second Session of the 13th National People's Congress held on March 10th, 13 proposals were approvedand submitted in the name of the Sichuan delegation to the Secretariat of the General Assembly as required.

　　The 13 proposals include: proposal for adjusting and optimizing the nature reserve and permanent farmland;proposal for extending the policy of returning farmland to forests and subsidy raisingstandards; proposal for supporting Sichuan to build a national high-end aviation equipment technology innovation center; proposal for the establishment of military-civilian integration enterprise certification standards; proposal for the introduction of various types ofcompensation policiesfor mining rights exit at the national level; proposal for the construction of a comprehensive national industrial innovation center in Sichuan; proposal for the establishment of a national Sichuan-Tibet railway technological innovationCenter in Sichuan; proposal for diverting waters from Dadu River to Minjiang River as soon as possible;proposal for increasing financial support for the construction policy of the Giant Panda National Park; proposalfor supporting the construction of the National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Zone in Sichuan; proposal for raising the proportion of central subsidies for water conservancy projects in poverty-stricken areas in Sichuan Province; proposal for the relocation of Panzhihua Airport into the “14th Five-Year Plan” for the development of civil aviation in China; and proposal for accelerating the construction of Xi’an-Chongqing High-Speed Railway.
