| The First Batch of National Demonstration Parks for Rural Industrial Integration and Development Releases with Five Demonstration Parks in Sichuan |

Recently, the reporter learned from the Provincial Commission of Development and Reform that the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and other seven ministries and commissions issued a notice to identify the first batch of 100 nationaldemonstration parks for rural industrial integration and development, among which five demonstration parks such as Naxi District of Ganzhou City were selected, ranking the second only to Henan Province in the country.
The five demonstration parks selected were: NationalDemonstration Parkfor Rural Industry Integration and Development in Naxi District of Luzhou City, NationalDemonstration Park for Rural Industry Integration and Development in Cuiping District of Yibin City, NationalDemonstration Park for Rural Industry Integration and Development in Lezhi County ofZiyang City, National Demonstration Park for Rural Industry Integration and Development in Xichong County of Nanchong City, National Demonstration Park for Rural Industry Integration and Development in Cangxi County of Guangyuan City.
The notice requires that all localities should encourage the county (city, district, qi, farm) or municipal government where the demonstration park is located to improve the water supply, power supply, roads, communications, warehousing and logistics, garbage and sewage treatment, landscaping and other greening facilities; Land used for the construction of demonstration parks will be given special support in the annual land distribution arrangement; it also urged them to speed up replication and promotion for rural industrial integration in the region, and to give full play to their driving effect.
The list of demonstration parks implements a dynamic management mechanism. The National Commission of Development and Reform and the relevant departments will conduct assessments and evaluation of these demonstration parks in a timely mannerthrough third-party institutions. If there are violations of relevant regulations, the titles of “National Demonstration Park for Rural Industry Integration and Development” will be revoked.
