State-owned Enterprises in Sichuan and Guizhou Provinces Will Carry out In-depth Cooperation in 14 Fields

  On October 29, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guizhou Province signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Chengdu, declaring that state-owned enterprises in the two provinces would carry out in-depth cooperation in 14 fields, including liquor, big data, energy and chemical industry, advanced equipment manufacturing and convention & exhibition industry.

  According to the agreement, the two provinces will establish a cooperation and sharing mechanism from four aspects: organizational structure, contact system, supervision mechanism and liaison system to promote the in-depth integration and coordinated development of the state-owned assets systems of Sichuan and Guizhou. In the field of liquor, the two sides will establish a linkage mechanism for exhibitions, linking Chengdu Food and Drinks Fair, China International Festival of Famous Liquor and China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo to realize resource information sharing. In the field of big data, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in industrial software and mobile Internet to promote data resource sharing. In the field of energy and chemical industry, the two sides will cooperate in planning, investment, construction and operation in areas such as integration into "the Belt and Road Initiative" international capacity cooperation. Relevant official in charge from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province said that the 14 areas of the strategic cooperation between state-owned enterprises in the two provinces had strong advantages in capital, technology and management. Through strategic cooperation, the two side would jointly promote the construction of the New Western Land-sea Trade Corridor and create a model of win-win development of cross-regional state-owned assets systems.
