| The Administrative Law Enforcement Agencies of Sichuan Province Launched New Certificates for Administrative Law Enforcement Recently |

The reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Justice that with the approval of the provincial government, the provincial administrative law enforcement agencies have adopted new certificates for administrative law enforcement recently.
The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Justice introduced that the main content has remainedunchanged, yet the newly-established Provincial Department of Justiceintegrating the responsibilities of the former provincial judicial department and thelegal officeof provincial government, therefore the seal for certificate managementofSichuan Provincial Department of Justice has been added to the front of the new administrative enforcement certificate. The original administrative enforcement certificates (including the entrusted administrative enforcement certificates) areeffective during the periodof validation. According to the Regulations on the Supervision of Administrative Law Enforcement in Sichuan Province and the Management Measures on Administrative Enforcement Certificates in Sichuan Province, law enforcement personnel shall produce their certificates while enforcing laws.
The relevant person in charge said that the Provincial Department of Justice will further strengthen the management of documents and standardize the main body of administrative law enforcement. Going forward, it will make the administrative law enforcement system open to the public, and promote the law enforcement recording system of the whole process and the legal review system for major law enforcement decisions. It will regulate the administrative law enforcement to deliver sound resultsin promotinglaw-based administration and government.
