| Mr. Yin Li Presiding over the 21st Executive Meeting of People’s Government of Sichuan Province |

On January 8th,Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of People’s Government of Sichuan Province,presided over the 21st executive meeting of the provincial government to convey the important instructions of the important meetingsheld by and vital documents issued by the State Council recently, to listen to the report on the safety production of Sichuan Province, and to make work arrangements regarding the innovation of development zones in the province'.
In the meeting,the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Innovation of the Development Zones of Sichuan Province, Measures for Establishing, Expanding and Adjusting the Development Zones in Sichuan Province, Development Plan for Sichuan’s Development Zones (2018-2022) were adopted. The examination and approval of development plans, organization and operation management of the development zone were standardized. The distribution and functional purposes of various development zones were clearly defined. Specific measureswere proposed to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the development zone, promote the development of open economy in such zones, and promote their green development. The meeting called for all departments across the province to strengthen guidance and provide more services for the innovation and development of these development zones, and work together to build them into the main engine of high-quality economic development, the main force of transformation and upgrading, the main platform of opening-up and cooperation and the main front of reform and innovation.
In the meeting, it was agreed to amend the Administrative Measures for the BOT Projects of Sichuan Province.
Other matters were also studied in the meeting.
Before the executive meeting, Mr. Liu Hongbao, Director of the Provincial Bureau of Forests and Grasslands, expounded the Xi Jinping Thoughton ecological civilization and the high-quality construction of the Sichuan Giant Panda National Park.
