On September 19th, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of People’s Government of Sichuan Province, met with Mr. Kostas, Governor of Santa Cruz of Bolivia, and his delegations in Chengdu.

　　Mr. Yin Li welcomed and thanked Mr. Kostas for leading the delegation to attend the 17th Western China International Fair. He suggested that the two sides should tap the Fair to further promote exchanges and cooperation in agriculture, animal husbandry, education, science and technology, culture and tourism, so as to jointly build bridges and platforms for personnel exchanges and information sharing, in an effort to serve the enterprises and people of the two sides in a better manner.

　　Mr. Kostas expressed his appreciation for the achievements made by China and Sichuan in recent years. He looked forward to establishing closer cooperation with Sichuan in the construction of the “Belt and Road” to secure complementarities and win-win development.
