On the morning of May 8, Mr. Zhu Hexin, Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’ Government, met with Daniel Martinez, Governor of Montevideo, Uruguay. Daniel and his delegation pay this visit to Sichuan is to co-host the trade and investment opportunities seminar of Montevideo, Uruguay together with the Sichuan Provincial Council for Commerce.

　　Mr. Zhu Hexin welcomed the guests and expressed that Sichuan is willing to work hand in hand with Montevideo, Uruguay to build a more effective communication platform for companies of both sides, so as to provide more cooperation opportunities and create more business opportunities.

　　Governor Daniel thanked Sichuan for the hospitality. He introduced the excellent geographical location, economic development and business environment of Montevideo, saying that he is willing to cooperate with more Sichuan companies in the future.

　　The two sides also exchanged views on governmental and enterprise cooperation, bilateral investment, trade, industry, education and other fields.
