On April 26, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government met with the delegation of Mr. Lai Zhengyi, President of Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in Chengdu.

　　Mr. Yin Li welcomed the exchange visit of the delegation of Lai Zhengyi, conveyed the greetings of Mr. Peng Qinghua, Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, and introduced the economic and social development of Sichuan. He said that Sichuan and Taiwan correspond to each other in industrial development with broad prospects for cooperation in the fields of modern agriculture, electronic information, cultural creativity, tourism services, biomedicine, finance and insurance, which creates a rare win-win development opportunity for enterprises in the two places. Sichuan welcomes Taiwanese-funded enterprises to come to Sichuan for investment and industrial development. We will better create conditions for the implementation of projects and provide good government services.

　　Mr. Lai Zhengyi said that Sichuan’s economic and social development is rapid, and many Taiwan-funded enterprises have the intention to invest in Sichuan. The Taiwan Chamber of Commerce is willing to be a bridge to help promote more Taiwanese companies to come to Sichuan for development and share opportunities.
