On March 15th, 20 central government-owned enterprises in Sichuan Province and Sichuan Provincial state-owned enterprises,organized by SASAC of Sichuan Province,held a talent promotion &job fair in Tsinghua University. On that day, 574 students submitted their resumes and 243 were willing to be employed.

　　20 companies offered 260 jobs, mainly for undergraduates and postgraduates. The posts coveredfields ofprofessional technology, administrative management as well as economy and banking.

　　Sichuan Railway Investment Group provided opportunitiesfor professionals in banking, finance and economics, and business administration, paying a yearlysalary of at least RMB 150,000. “In addition to the traditional railway and highway construction, the Group has accelerated its diversified development and moved to the multi-industry field,so it is urgent to improve the talent structure,” said an official of the Group.

　　GuoJunshan,a postgraduate studentmajoring in tax in Tsinghua University submitted her resumes to Sichuan Energy Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd, Sichuan Development Holding Co., Ltd, and Sichuan Financial Holding Co., Ltd. She admitted that the remuneration of Sichuan’s companies was “very good”.

　　This is the first time that SASAC of Sichuan Province organized state-owned enterprises to recruittalents in famous schools. According to an official, Sichuan is striding from an economically-big province to astrong one. State-owned fundsand enterprises have also entered a new stage of promoting high-quality development and building a world-class enterprise, which urgently requires a large number of talents to provide intellectual support.

　　It is reported that the job fair has released recruitment information in advance with online registration. In just one week, 5,000 students delivered their resumes, among whom masters and doctors accounted for more than 80%.
