Unlike cross-border physical transactions, cross-border services refer to the act of offering services by domestic services providers to overseas consumers, including international telecommunication services, information consulting services, and satellite video services. The relevant person in charge of the ProvincialBureau of Taxation introduced that the e-processing program for tax-related archival filing concerning cross-border payment is the first of its kind in the country to adopt the electronic seal, and to ensure the uniqueness of the tax filings through the real-time data sharing mechanism amongProvincial Bureau of Taxation, Department of Foreign Exchange and bank. Starting from now, institutions or individualsengaged in cross-border service tradewithin the province can file for tax recordings ofcross-border payment on the Internet and their requirements can be dealt with once and for all.And the whole processing process would only take a few minutes.
