On January 24th, Davos Forum of “Belt and Road Initiative”, co-sponsored by Tsinghua University,International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commissionand UNCTAD, was held in Switzerland. Sichuan Province, as the only guest province of China, joined it with a delegation led by Mr. Zhu Hexin, Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government. 　　At the forum, representatives of Sichuan Province introduced our new pattern of opening up, new actions corresponding with the “Belt and Road Initiative” and the construction of the pilot free trade area. To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of CPC, Sichuan will take the initiative to integrate itself into the “Belt and Road Initiative”. Adhering to the principle of “bringing in” and “going global”, we will vigorously introduce high-quality capital, superior enterprises and high-end industries and promote the manufacturing, products and technologies, standards, brand and service to “go out” like a chain, so as to further enlarge the comprehensive competitive advantage and enhance the overall level of opening up.
