In 2017, Sichuan Province hasconscientiously implemented the strategy of innovation driving development and further promoted the multiplication of high-tech enterprises. We have carried out two batches of high-tech enterprises accreditation throughout the year, accepted declaration of more than 1700 high-tech enterprises and identified 1497. There are 437 more high-tech enterprises in the whole province throughoutlast year. By the end of 2017, the total number of high-tech enterprises in our province reached 3571.

　　Our reporter has learned that for better help enterprises declare for the training service of high-tech enterprises.Our province has continuously strengthened the training service for them,forming a service system. The annual high-tech enterprises work arrangement was formulated and released in early 2017 and 260 audit services agencies were timely examined and announced by relevant industry associations, among which there were 83 added tax firms participating in high recognition service; in 21 cities(prefectures) of the province, 27 field trainings were organized where policies of identification of high-tech enterprises were explained with 3500 of enterprise training personnel and technical management personnel involved.The number of enterprises declaring high-tech enterprises in 2017 has increased by 33% than that of 2016.
