On December 25th, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, presided over the 163rd executive meeting of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, where Sichuan Province’s Communiqué on the Main Data of the Third National Agricultural Census was decided to be issued, and the recommendation of the first “Sichuan Charity Prize” was heard.

　　In the meeting, Sichuan Province’s Communiqué on the Main Data of the Third National Agricultural Census was approved, whichincludes data of the main body of agricultural production and management and people in its relevant business, land utilization, agricultural machinery and facilities, infrastructure and rural living environment. The standard time of this survey is December 31, 2016, and the data is in the year of 2016. It is stressed in the meeting that departments should understand the data and respond to what the public concerns for better work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers.

　　It is also decided to grant 9 organizations (individuals) including Poverty Alleviation Fund of Sichuan Provincethe title of “the Kindest Charity Model”, 16 individuals including XuBoyu “the Most Caring Individual”, 10 charities includingLeshan Charitable Association “the Most Influential Charity”, 9 companies including Luzhou Lao Jiao “the Most Caring Donation Enterprise”, 10 projects including “pillar education project” for poverty alleviation “the Most Influential Charitable Project”, 20 organizations (individuals) including Association of Poverty Alleviation and Development of Sichuan Province “Charity Award”.

　　In the meeting, Amendment of Motor Vehicle Drivers’ Training Management of Sichuan Province was passed, stating that the training permission for motor vehicle driver’s license has been changed from pre-approval to post-approval.

　　Other issues were also studied.

　　Before the meeting, Mr. Huang Changming, director of Supervision Department, talked about the spirit of the 19th National Congress of CPC and deepening the reform of the state supervision system.
